This is my comment on Mya's blog post. I chose to comment on Mya's blog post because I really like the picture of Katy Perry as a minion.

Today we read a book called Previously, written by Allan Ahlberg and illustrated by Bruce Ingham.  It was about fairy tale characters and what they had previously been doing (previously means before).  Then we used our imagination to write about what we had previously been doing….

Previously I was sitting on the mat with Room 5 .  Previously I was walking to school with my pet talking tiger, we were talking about how our life are going so far.  Previously when I was 6, I was eating chocolate cake with my pet hippopotamus.  Previously when I was 5 I was swimming with my pet crocodile and shark in the ocean.  Previously when I was 4 a fairy granted me 20 wishes.  Previously I was a baby. Previously my mum was pregnant.

My favourite basic game.

I like this game because addition is my favourite subject in maths. You have to have 30 counters per person, you have to make an addition equation covering one circle from each set on a turn.

A trip at Eastern Beach

This a picture of us at Eastern beach. It was a fun time there. My favourite part was when my class went on a scavenger hunt. Zahra, Zeba, Nazella, Sajiha and I built a sandcastle together. The shape of it was a love heart. It had some colourful shells on top of the sand castle.

Writting-Katniss Everdeen

I would transform into Katniss Everdeen from the Hunger Games and the Catching Fire because on Catching Fire she is really good at arrows. I also want to transform to her because on the movies that she has been on she always wear fancy and pretty cool dresses.

My namebow

This week Miss Thomas taught us how to make a name-bow. It is very simple to make. I described myself with the letters of my name. Independent means not influenced by others, organised mean getting ready and active means engaged in action. I hope you like my name-bow,do you?

Tree house

I think it would be cool to live in a tree-house because I can invite my friends any time. I could decorate it with my friends and I can do any thing I want. I would also like to live in a tree house because I can attach a flying fox  to it to get in. I could pin my pictures on the wall and make a comfortable place for me to sit. I would paint the inside walls purple with stars and make a roof made out of metal and paint it different colours.

My first week at PBS on 2014.

Welcome back to 2014. I hope you had a fantastic holiday. This week we have been learning about each other and how to respect everybody. This year I have a new teacher her name is Miss Thomas. This week we have been doing some art, we made minions, namebows and the other one that we did today was called  name totems. I have made some new classmates. I am looking forward to learn some new things this year, I hope I learn plenty of things this year.
